The reconditioning of worn or damaged tools is managed in such a way as to respond to the operational emergencies of our customers. At AD Network, flexibility and short lead times are reality, thanks to its integrated service and machine shops.
Natural stone
MARBLE, GRANITES, OTHERS
Whether it is for machining kitchen tops (granite or marble), sawing or drilling in stone, AD Network can provide the necessary tools when needed. If the media is intact, AD Network replenishes the tool after submitting a quote.
Ceramics
ABRASIVE, HARD, FRAGILE
For fragile, brittle, very abrasive materials, a specific diamond coating is required. AD Network has this know-how recognized by large industrial groups.
The mecanic
ENDURANCE, GRIP
For mechanical (metal) surfacing, grinding, surface texturing applications, surface lining, using synthetic diamond or borazon, is a solution implemented by AD Network. The yields achieved greatly exceed those of conventional grinding wheels.
The composite
GLASS FIBER, CARBON FIBER, REINFORCED PLASTICS
In composite materials, filled plastics, resin, fiberglass or carbon fiber, the use of diamond tools is becoming widespread. This requires know-how that AD Network develops with its customers over the years and through development projects.
Glass
THE MEASURE
The manufacture of honing or disks to the crystal, custom ribbon blades are skills always kept at AD Network that respond by offering well suited to the needs of the glass industry applications.
AD Network designs and produces tools for:
- sawing (disc, band blade, jigsaw, chain, cable, wire)
- drilling (bell drill, bit, trephine, ...)
- surfacing (plate, disc, roller, ...)
- grinding (profile wheel, lapping, ...)
- milling
for conventional machines as well as CNC or small power tools.
GEOPOLYMERS
One of AD Network's spin-outs, GeoGrind, has developed and continues to develop a geopolymer-type mineral resin. Its objective is twofold:
- substitute phenolic type resins,
- use the intrinsic properties of the geopolymer resin for other applications.
Binder
An alternative to phenolic binders for the production of polishing tools for natural stone has been developed.
Insulating
The foamed formulation of a geopolymer designed by GeoGrind allows the production of insulating screeds, base blocks, as well as solutions to certain thermal bridges.
Special concrete
The formulation "geopolymer concrete" by GeoGrind - without cement, without water - provides a solution to the design of industrial screeds resistant to acids.
Fire protection
In panels, in projection, in coating, the geopolymers designed by GeooGrind provide fire resistance up to RF 240.
Refractories
Geopolymers designed by GeoGrind find immediate applications as refractories or high temperature insulators.
