This platform is powered by Agoria, and works in close collaboration with the existing Belgian ILO’s in charge of specific Big Science communities, as well as Research institutes and regional export agencies.
The Big Science Belgium platform , intends to become an internationally oriented support platform and hub for the promotion of Belgian competences and companies for the
“Big Science” technology markets.

Our business offering to tech companies consists of 4 pillars of (mainly collective) business support activities·

1) High-and-right-level introductions to clients, in particular technical /purchase officers in the Big Science community.
(Brokerage role between the “offering” and “demand” side for technology)·

2) Business intelligence on strategic and project level
(Follow-up of major project evolutions, mapping of contact persons in the Big Science world, identification of Tier 1 contractors)

3) Promotion of your Core- Competences
(Getting you stronger on the purchase radar, either collectively or individually)

4) Support experience exchange
(Networking amongst Belgian colleagues e.g. to create complementary partnerships)
